Refund Policy

We stand behind CyberStackHub. If something doesn't work as described, we'll make it right. This page explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

1. One-Time Purchases (Pro Reports)

Pro tools like the Full Security Audit Report, Vendor Risk Assessment, Incident Response Plan Generator, and Cyber Insurance Readiness report are one-time purchases that generate an AI-powered output.

Because these products deliver a generated report immediately upon purchase, all sales are final -- with the following exceptions:

Eligible for refund

You purchased a report but the generation failed completely and we were unable to deliver any output within 24 hours. Contact us and we'll refund in full.

Eligible for refund

You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a billing error. We'll investigate and refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Eligible for refund

You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and haven't yet downloaded or accessed the generated report. We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Not eligible

You've accessed, downloaded, or viewed the generated report. Once the AI output has been delivered and accessed, the purchase is complete.

Free tools (Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, Compliance Readiness Checker) are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@cyberstackhub.ai with:

We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may dispute it. We'd rather resolve things directly -- reach out first and we'll do our best to make it right.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. We won't retroactively change terms on purchases you've already made.
