CyberStackHub is a cybersecurity intelligence platform operated by Steeled Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using CyberStackHub (the "Service") at cyberstackhub.ai or any associated domains, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.
CyberStackHub provides AI-powered tools for cybersecurity risk assessment, compliance readiness analysis, vendor risk evaluation, and related cybersecurity intelligence. These tools help you understand your security posture — they do not replace professional cybersecurity services, certified audits, or legal counsel.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms — either on your own behalf or your organization's. If you don't qualify, don't use the Service.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@cyberstackhub.ai.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Certain features require payment ("Pro" tools). Prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

CyberStackHub, its content, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Steeled Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of data you input. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
How we collect, use, and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Using the Service means you accept that policy.
Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate assessments, reports, and recommendations. These outputs carry inherent uncertainty. They are not certified security audits, legal opinions, or professional advice.
EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689): CyberStackHub complies with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act transparency requirements. All AI systems are classified as Limited Risk or Minimal Risk. No High Risk AI systems (as defined in Annex III of the EU AI Act) are deployed. Full technical documentation is available at /ai-transparency.
Article 52 transparency: You are informed that our tools use AI before you interact with them. Every AI-generated output is labeled as AI-generated. Methodology explanations are available on request.
No automated decisions with legal effects: CyberStackHub AI outputs are advisory only. We make no automated decisions that produce legal, financial, employment, or similarly significant effects based on our AI outputs. You retain full decision-making authority over all outputs.
AI output liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steeled Inc. is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs without independent professional verification. AI outputs are informational starting points — not certified conclusions. See Section 11 (Limitation of Liability).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or output. Cybersecurity inherently involves uncertainty, and no tool eliminates that.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steeled Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steeled Inc. from any claims, losses, or damages — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or delete your account for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (like disclaimers and liability limitations) will.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
